  Needed a purchase refunded at this store tonite and the customer service provided by Parker employee WILL was extremely unprofessional! He refused to help me by providing proof of refund to my credit card and became belligerent with me, all while being on the phone with his "manager" Shannon! Shannon should have never of allowed him to speak to customers that way especially with her on the phone. When I told him if they couldn't provide proof of refund, then I would need to call the PD to dispute the charges on my card. He threw his hand in my face begging me to call the police! He continued to be belligerent with a kind man trying to diffuse the situation on my behalf and tried to throw him out of the store (again while STILL on the phone with manager Shannon) makes me question what kind of manager would allow this!!!! I did call PD and it was handled but this entire situation should have never happened! We were displaced from hurricane Irma and trying to get home not deal with horrible customer service. PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO GET TREATED NICELY especially if WILL or manager SHANNON is there.
